Sri Lanka, July 1 -- SLPP MP Namal Rajapaksa stated that the Government lacks a concrete plan to ease the rising cost of living and has failed to deliver meaningful results despite being in power for nearly two years.

Addressing a public gathering yesterday (30), Rajapaksa urged the Government to move beyond promises and implement practical measures to alleviate the hardships faced by ordinary citizens.

He said the prevailing economic crisis has made it increasingly difficult for parents to provide quality education and better opportunities for their children, adding that the country has failed to create an environment that fosters entrepreneurship, innovation, and technological advancement.
