Sri Lanka, Oct. 29 -- A man who entered a shop mobile phones and selling and installing security camera systems in Talawakelle town allegedly stole several mobile phones, cash and a gold ring on the night of October 25.
The total value of the stolen goods and money exceeds Rs. 500,000, according to the shop owner.
The CCTV surveillance system installed at the premises has clearly captured footage of the suspect entering the shop and committing the alleged theft. Public assistance is being sought to identify the individual.
The incident has been reported to the Talawakelle Police, but the suspect has not yet been arrested, according to the information provided.
