Sri Lanka, Sept. 17 -- A case filed against Bodu Bala Sena (BBS) Secretary Ven. Galagodaaththe Gnanasara Thero for making a statement that is offensive to Islam was yesterday fixed for September 30 by the Colombo High Court.
The case was taken up before Colombo High Court Judge Buddhika C Ragala.
The Attorney General had filed indictment under section 2019(B) of the Penal code against the monk for making a statement slandering the Islamic religion.
