Sri Lanka, May 26 -- In a major move for the local property and manufacturing sectors, Global Housing and Real Estate (Pvt) Ltd (GHR) and State Printing Corporation (SPC) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).

Under this strategic alliance, SPC becomes the service provider for a full range of printing and promotional services for GHR. This partnership unites a powerhouse of state infrastructure with one of the island's most dynamic luxury property developers.
