George Steuart partners SLNHS to promote Lanka's biodiversity ecosystems
Sri Lanka, June 12 -- George Steuart & Company, one of Sri Lanka's oldest mercantile establishment founded in 1835, has partnered with the Sri Lanka Natural History Society (SLNHS), one of the country's oldest scientific societies, to support its efforts to promote knowledge and appreciation of Sri Lanka's biodiversity and ecosystems.
For nearly two centuries, George Steuart's journey has been closely intertwined with the evolution of Sri Lanka's economy and its commercial landscape.
