Sri Lanka, April 9 -- The Cabinet of Ministers on Monday (6) approved a decision to transfer the Galle Courts Complex, located within Galle Fort, to the Urban Development Authority (UDA) for the implementation of a tourism project under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP).

Speaking at the weekly Cabinet press briefing on Tuesday (7), Foreign Affairs, Foreign Employment and Tourism Minister Vijitha Herath, added that the High Court and Magistrate's Court currently situated in Galle Fort will be relocated to the newly constructed Courts Complex in Beligaha, Galle.
