Sri Lanka, June 27 -- Finance and Planning Deputy Minister Dr. Anil Jayantha Fernando yesterday said the Government will pass the benefits of declining global fuel prices on to the public when new fuel orders are placed at low rates.

"In the future the prices can be adjusted as prices are now coming down. Even now the price has been subsidised and a concession of Rs.100 of a litre of diesel and Rs.20 for a litre is petrol is presently given", he said.
