Sri Lanka, Nov. 3 -- The groundbreaking ceremony for the first bridge of the China Aid Emergency Post-Disaster Reconstruction in Sri Lanka project was held in Gampaha on Sunday (1). Ambassador Wei Huaxiang; Transport, Highways and Urban Development Minister Bimal Ratnayake; and Labour Minister and Finance and Planning Deputy Minister Anil Jayantha Fernando attended and delivered remarks.
