Sri Lanka, March 9 -- The Health Ministry said that the Fifth National Oral Health Survey 2026 will commence tomorrow (10).

During the survey, officials will collect data from a randomly selected sample of 10,000 school students and adults of all age groups, covering every district, and the survey will be conducted until November.

The World Health Organization has recommended that a national oral health survey be conducted at least once every 10 years to gain an understanding of the oral health status of different countries.
