Sri Lanka, May 29 -- The Plantation and Community Infrastructure Ministry has announced the launch of Phase II of its programme to lease underutilised State-owned plantation lands and properties for private investment.
The initiative is being implemented in line with President Anura Kumara Dissanayake's 2025 budget policy aimed at transforming idle State assets into productive economic ventures.
Issuing a statement, the Ministry said it has invited Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified local and foreign investors.
