Sri Lanka, Feb. 27 -- He said initiatives will be carried out to build an efficient and transparent digital economy and improve digital Public Infrastructure, fostering financial inclusion, improving Government service delivery, and accelerating Sustainable Development Goals.

He made these comments at a media briefing held at the Government Information Department to inform the public about the significant achievements made by the Ministry of Digital Economy in the past year and the new development projects scheduled to be implemented in 2026. Senior Presidential Advisor on Digital Economy Dr. Hans Wijeyasuriya and Digital Economy Ministry Secretary Waruna Sri Dhanapala also participated.
