Sri Lanka, March 28 -- The Sri Lanka Confectionery Owners' Association yesterday assured Trade, Commerce, Food Security and Cooperative Development Minister Wasantha Samarasinghe, that the prices of biscuits, ice cream, chocolate and other confectionery products will not be increased until May.Sri Lanka Exports

The decision was finalized after discussions with Minister Wasantha Samarasinghe with representatives of the association which has been conducted in order to maintain price stability throughout the Sinhala and Tamil New Year festive season.
