Sri Lanka, Nov. 7 -- Members of the Sectoral Oversight Committee on Governance, Justice and Civil Protection conducted inspection visits to several prison premises yesterday (6) to examine matters relating to the reduction of overcrowding. The Committee members visited and inspected the Colombo Remand Prison, New Magazine Prison, the Women's Prison, Welikada Prison and the Prison Hospital.
