Sri Lanka, June 24 -- In a significant step towards promoting greater female representation in hospitality, Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo has transformed Goodies, its popular coffee shop, into a fully female operated outlet which is the first all-female outlet in Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts.

The initiative was personally championed by General Manager Dushyantha Tittawella, whose vision was to create greater opportunities for women within hotel operations while showcasing their capabilities in customer facing and leadership roles.
