Srilanka, March 30 -- A centralised electronic system for the declaration of assets and liabilities will be launched by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC) tomorrow (31).
The Commission stated that the platform is a key requirement under the Anti-Corruption Act, No. 09 of 2023, marking a significant milestone in strengthening transparency and accountability in Sri Lanka According to CIABOC, the new system modernises a process previously reliant on manual paper forms. By transitioning to a digital framework, the Commission aims to improve efficiency and accessibility for all declarants.
