Sri Lanka, Oct. 28 -- An eight-member team from Ceylinco Life recently participated in a four-day leadership training programme in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, designed to strengthen agency management capabilities and equip the company's sales leaders with practical strategies to enhance branch performance.

Conducted under the theme 'Lead Forward, Build' the programme covered key areas including digital engagement for insurance professionals, performance management, leadership enhancement and development and the creation of office environments that support and drive sales.
