Sri Lanka, Aug. 24 -- CBC Finance PLC, a fully owned subsidiary of Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC, has appointed two leading financial professionals, Ananda Seneviratne and Sanjaya Bandara, as Independent Non-Executive Directors, effective August 6.
