Sri Lanka, Oct. 22 -- With the aim of empowering the next generation of leaders, Bank of Ceylon (BOC), in collaboration with Neth FM, conducted the three-day 'You Are a Leader 2026' Student Leadership Camp from October 9-11, at Kotapola National School in Matara.

The programme focused on developing leadership capabilities among schoolchildren and nurturing a generation of responsible leaders equipped to face future challenges. It provided a platform to strengthen students' leadership skills, self-confidence, teamwork and decision-making abilities.
