Sri Lanka, Aug. 19 -- The Special Ministerial Sub-Committee and Officials' Committee looking into measures to address the impacts of El Nino held extensive discussions on the action plans submitted by the plantation, agriculture, wildlife and water resources management sectors when they met at the Presidential Secretariat on August 17.
The meeting focused on these sectors as they are among those likely to be directly affected at the community level.
