Sri Lanka, April 6 -- The Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC) has written to former President Mahinda Rajapaksa requesting him to provide his and his immediate family members' statements of assets and liabilities through an affidavit before April 10.

The Commission has issued a notice to the former President to provide this statement in connection with an investigation initiated by the CIABOC between 2010 and 2015 into Mahinda Rajapaksa and his family.
