The pilot project is currently operating along the Makumbura-Colombo Fort and Makumbura-Kadawatha routes, which connect key healthcare institutions such as the Colombo National Hospital and the Apeksha Hospital. Special seating has been introduced to better accommodate passengers with disabilities.
