Sri Lanka, July 29 -- The 26th annual Pindapatha procession, organised by the Collective of Buddhist and Welfare Associations in the capital, centering the Sri Sambuddhaloka Viharaya in Colombo Fort was held yesterday morning.The annual Pindapatha procession was organised to raise assistance for the welfare of students studying at pirivenas and Dhamma schools located in remote areas across the country. Here, Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Limited Chairman and Managing Director Gamini Warushamana and ANCL staff offering alms to the Maha Sangha when the procession arrived at the Lake House.
