Sri Lanka, April 6 -- Health and Mass Media Minister Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa stated on Saturday that the 1990 Suwa Seriya ambulance service, which commenced under extremely difficult conditions, has now achieved stability. He expressed special gratitude to Dr. Harsha de Silva for his efforts, as well as the former Prime Minister, the Indian Prime Minister and the people of India for their support.

Minister Jayatissa presided over the opening of the new head office of the Suwa Seriya ambulance service on Saturday (4). The new headquarters is located at No. 43, Horton Place, Colombo 07. Since 2016, the office had operated from a private building in Rajagiriya.
