Sri Lanka, July 15 -- Deputy Health Minister Dr. Hansaka Wijemuni said that rulers who were outside and sent others to prison during their time have had to go to prison today, and that this is why prisons have become a problem for them today.

He said that the current Opposition MPs used to control the police and prisons and all of that has now become a problem after the National People's Power came to power.
