Sri Lanka, May 4 -- Unlike in the past, efforts to curb drug trafficking are proceeding through highly organised, systematic frameworks, Defence Secretary Sampath Thuyacontha stated.
He stressed that operations to arrest the masterminds behind these networks will continue uninterrupted until they are brought to justice.
The Defence Secretary shared these remarks with the media on Saturday (2), after visiting and receiving blessings from the Mahanayake Theras of the Malwatte and Asgiri chapters in Kandy.
