Nairobi, April 15 -- When a marriage falls apart or a family fractures over inheritance, the last place anyone wants to spend the next few years is in a courtroom. Yet, for many Kenyans, that has long been the only option, often resulting in painful, expensive and bitter experiences that leave broken relationships and families.
