Nairobi, April 27 -- The hearing of a case where a man is charged with illegal distribution of digital newspapers belonging to Nation Media Group (NMG) begun at the Milimani Law Courts on Monday, with the companys' security management consultant Samuel Koskei explaining how cybercrime suspects unlawfully sold distributed ePapers.
Mr Koskei, the first witness to take the witness stand, explained to the trial magistrate that he received information from NMG's Group Financial Controller Mr Richard Tobiko "about the existence of individuals engaged in the unauthorised distribution of the Daily Nation."
Mr Koskei said other publications irregularly sold by the cartel included The Business Daily, Taifa Leo and The EastAfrican.
