Uganda, May 5 -- Zimbabwe's higher and tertiary education officials are in Uganda to study a programme that is expanding access to university education for academically qualified but economically disadvantaged students.
The delegation, led by Zimbabwe's Permanent Secretary for Higher and Tertiary Education, Science and Technology Development, Prof. Fanuel Tagwira, includes officials from the Zimbabwe Council for Higher Education (ZIMCHE), the Forum for African Women Educationalists (FAWE) Zimbabwe, and FAWE Africa Executive Director Dr Martha Muhwezi.
