Uganda, May 4 -- As journalists in the country joined the rest of the world to mark World Press Freedom Day, stakeholders have called upon authorities to allow the Fourth Estate to carry out their work without intimidation or interference. They say that, even when reporting on issues like accountability, journalists must be respected and given the space to operate within professional principles.
