Uganda, April 17 -- As fuel costs continue to rise across East Africa, Uganda's logistics and transport companies are changing their strategy, shifting from mere access to greater fuel visibility and efficiency. Facing persistent challenges such as poor connectivity and limited tracking devices, operators are now adopting smart telematics solutions. These systems store and analyze data offline, helping minimize losses from inefficiencies like excessive idling and suboptimal routing. Betty Ndagire reports
