Uganda, April 27 -- The Mengo County chief for Kyaggwe, Mr Vincent Matovu has cautioned students at universities and other tertiary institutions to abandon a conviction that being in tertiary institutions gives them freedom to date and relax.

Speaking during a thanksgiving mass for excellent 2025 Uganda Advanced Level results for Our Lady of Africa, Namilyango (OLAN) in Mukono municipality on April 26, Mr Matovu, who is also the school director, noted that many students leave secondary schools when they are disciplined, only to become hooligans when they join tertiary institutions.
