Uganda, May 8 -- Uganda's High Commission in Abuja, Nigeria descended into chaos this morning as diplomats and staff exchanged heated words, leaving police officers from the host country visibly startled, according to videos and images seen by this newspaper.

In the videos, a Nigerian staff at the Mission can be heard shouting at the Accounting Officer, Mr Eriya Tusubira, "How did you become an ambassador? Go home and they promote you." Mr Tusubira, in response, defends himself by stating that he called the police "over threatened violence."

The female staff member then accuses Mr Tusubira, who was seen pointing a wagging finger at another staff member filming the incident, "Isn't it you who called the police?" She repeated the question...
