Uganda, April 24 -- Ntungamo agriculture officer accused of killing his wife has been sent back on remand after he reappeared in court for second time awaiting conclusion of investigations that would lead to his final committal and trial before the High Court.

Senior Resident state Attorney Mr Laudel Twinomugisha told the court presided over by Magistrate Grade I, Mr Edgar Kakuru on Thursday that state is soon completing investigations into the case, before committing Rogers Tayebwa to High Court where his case will be heard."Your worship, investigations into the case are still on going. We pray the case be given another date to have the suspect committed for trial." Mr Twinomugisha old court.
