Uganda, May 14 -- In a significant move to bolster the nation's healthcare workforce, the Ministry of Health has overseen the signing of a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Mbarara University of Science and Technology (MUST) and the Emergency Children's Surgical Hospital.
The collaboration, officially launched on Wednesday in Entebbe, aims to bridge the gap in paediatric surgical care and professional medical training across the country and the wider East African region.
