Uganda, April 30 -- The acting Principal Planning Officer at the National Council for Higher Education (NCHE), Mr Dennis Omvia Kaggwa, has disclosed that the council's delays in securing funding for procuring more field vehicles had partly frustrated its efforts of monitoring and supervising higher education institutions in the country.
Mr Kaggwa said the country's education quality assurance body currently has three field vehicles yet they have over 258 higher education institutions to monitor and supervise across the country.
