Uganda, May 15 -- In Chapter 2 of the Book of Daniel, King Nebuchadnezzar received disturbing visions in a dream.

He demanded that his magicians reveal to him what he had dreamed and proceed to interpret it, lest they be killed if they failed.

While the magicians pondered who could interpret the king's dream, a man named Daniel, the prophet of God, dared to take on the task; he revealed and interpreted Nebuchadnezzar's dream.

Daniel begins by describing God as one who controls the course of world events; who removes kings and sets up others, and gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to scholars.

This very stance is echoed by the apostle Paul in Romans 13:1, where he states that there is no authority except that which is from God.
