Uganda, April 7 -- Leaders across the Bunyoro sub-region are mourning the sudden and tragic death of Kikuube District Chairperson, Mr Peter Banura, 51, a man widely credited with shaping the young districts' political and development foundation.

He is the son of Maj Gen Matayo KyaligonzaMr Banura died on Saturday evening at around 8:20 pm after being struck by a speeding taxi at Butyamba Village along the Hoima-Fort Portal Road.
