Uganda, May 11 -- A review of procurement and administrative reports from Nwoya District Local Government has uncovered allegations of syndicated corruption, gross misconduct and abuse of office involving Chief Administrative Officer Janephar Nantume Enguyu.

Ms Enguyu is accused of falsifying accounts for road works that were never completed, establishing two illegal livestock markets, and flouting procurement rules in the construction of a staff house at Coorom Health Centre II in Kochgoma Sub-County.
