Uganda, April 21 -- The Head of Human Resource at National Social Security Fund (NSSF) Milton Steven Owor has encouraged organisations to leverage on Ugandan youth, popularly known as Gen Zs, by tapping into the different skills they possess, to steer organisational growth as far as the future of work and talent in emerging economies is concerned.

Mr Owor noted that unlike the US, Europe and the developed world with a bigger percentage of an ageing population, organisations in Uganda, Owor advised, should take advantage of Uganda's young population demographics by understanding what makes the Gen Zs tick as an opportunity to leverage on their youthful energy and thoughts.
