Uganda, April 27 -- The State Minister for Primary Education, Dr. Joyce Kaducu, has described the deceased proprietor of Hormisdallen Nursery and Primary Schools, Mukalazi Kizito, as a visionary educator and entrepreneur whose contribution to the education sector is vivid, noting that his demise is a huge loss to the education sector.

"Mukalazi Kizito has been a pillar of education and therefore a hero of transformation in the education sector. As a country, we have not just lost an educationist but a great pillar in our country's development," Dr. Kaducu said during an interview with this publication on Monday.
