Uganda, May 8 -- State Minister for Higher Education John Chrysostom Muyingo has urged private health training schools to align their training programmes with government standards following the launch of the National Education and Training for Health Policy aimed at improving the quality of healthcare professionals in Uganda.

The call was made during the 9th graduation ceremony of Kibuli Muslim Hospital Health Training School,(KMHHTS) officiated by Minister Muyingo, who commended private health training institutions for complementing government efforts in training health workers.
