Uganda, April 23 -- The High Court in Kampala has ruled that there is sufficient evidence requiring the prime suspect in the Ggaba daycare killings, Christopher Okello Onyum, to defend himself on four counts of murder.
Presiding judge Alice Komuhangi Khaukha on Thursday placed Okello on his defence after the prosecution closed its case, having presented 18 witnesses in support of the charges."I have evaluated the evidence produced against you and it makes a case against you, requiring you to give your defense on each of the four counts," Justice Komuhangi ruled.
