Uganda, April 21 -- Former Works and Transport Minister Monica Azuba Ntege has died, a source familiar with the matter told Monitorlate on Tuesday, marking the passing of the former politician who oversaw some national infrastructure projects under President Museveni's government.
She reportedly died at Nakasero Hospital in Kampala. However, official statements from government and family are pending.
Azuba Ntege served in cabinet for just over three years after her appointment in 2016. She replaced John Byabagambi, who at the time was moved to the Ministry for Karamoja Affairs.
