Uganda, May 10 -- Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) party president, Mr Patrick Oboi Amuriat, has said they are open to a national dialogue, following what he described as a fraudulent and incredible general election witnessed in the country.
Mr Amuriat said the electoral process has left many Ugandans questioning the validity of the country's electoral process.
He disclosed during a two-day retreat of FDC MPs and leaders in Buikwe District that the party remain open to genuine national reconciliation, which should be championed by the ruling government, but insisted that such a process must be based on truth-telling, justice and equal participation.
