Uganda, April 22 -- She was strong even as she navigated a strenuous health situation, until her last breath. The late Kalangala District Woman Member of Parliament Helen Nakimuli assured her caretaker and sister, Irene Nampala that she would return from the theatre alive after her surgery. This wasn't to be as she never lived up to the promise.

Addressing mourners at a special District Council session organized by Kalangala District Council in honor of the late Nakimuli at Kalangala District headquarters, Nampala shared that Ms Nakimuli's untimely death was least expected.
