Uganda, April 30 -- In the wake of a devastating road crash that claimed eight lives in Bushenyi District on Saturday, taxi operators and residents are renewing calls for the return of the Express Penalty System (EPS) to curb rising road deaths.The accident occurred about one kilometre from Kabwohe Town on a stretch of the Mbarara-Ishaka road long described by residents as accident-prone due to its narrow width, persistent potholes, and frequent speeding.
