Uganda, April 18 -- The Bishop of Busoga Diocese, Prof Grace Lubaale, has slammed the government over handling of the iron sheets scandal, accusing authorities of selective application of justice by punishing a selected few individuals while leaving others unaccountable.

Bishop Lubaale said the manner in which the case was handled has created a perception that Uganda has "different classes of justice," where some offenders are prosecuted while others walk free.
