Uganda, April 22 -- By Tonny AbetAlexandra Medical Center, the Kampala-based facility where Kalangala Woman MP Helen Nakimuli died from on April 19, has issued a formal statement regarding circumstances surrounding her demise amid mounting public scrutiny.

The health facility's Chief Executive Officer, Dr Castro Kisuule said "the loss of any patient is never routine for us." 

He also expressed deep grief, describing the late legislator as "a daughter, a leader, and a devoted servant."
