Uganda, April 23 -- Katete Police Station in Mbarara City South Division is on the spot after a suspect accused police officers of torturing him while in custody.

Mr Junior Musa, 45, a boda boda rider and resident of Katete Central in Katete Ward, Mbarara City South Division, was arrested on April 18 as he was leaving his house for work and taken to Katete Police Station by four police officers.

On reaching the police station, the officers told him he was being questioned over a stolen vehicle.
