Sri Lanka, Sept. 10 -- Sri Lanka is one of the most underrated countries in Asia, according to world traveller Cameron, who praised the island's natural beauty, wildlife, food, historic sites and hospitality in an interview published on Instagram.

Cameron, who said he had visited all 54 countries in Asia, was asked which country he felt was the most underrated.

"There's many, but I think that one stands out against the rest, and that is Sri Lanka," he said.

Describing Sri Lanka as a small country with an incredible variety of attractions, Cameron highlighted Sigiriya as one of the places that stood out to him.
